TERMS & CONDITIONS

Participation in classes is considered an agreement to all current and ongoing terms and conditions. 
  • Participants agree to register themselves using true and correct information, including full name, phone number, email address, date of birth and contact details in case of emergency.

  • Participants must be over the age of 16. Those under 16 must register with consent from a parent or guardian.

  • Participation is voluntary and based on a participant’s own assessment of their fitness, health, ability to participate and understanding of the class requirements. Participants agree to release FULL OUT DANCE CROWD from liability for any injuries which may occur. Participants also agree to be responsible for health and accident insurance and any costs incurred due to injury, including emergency medical transportation. 

  • Upon entering the studio, participants agree to be responsible for their belongings and property.  

  • Participants give FULL OUT DANCE CROWD the right to use personal information and images including still and video footage for reasonable marketing and communication purposes. 

  • Participants acknowledge that the schedule of classes may be cancelled, suspended, modified, or withdrawn at any time without notice due to reasonable circumstances. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Once paid, course fees are final, non-refundable, non-transferable and non-extendable beyond their expiry.  

  • If you need to cancel a class, we ask you provide 6 hours or more notice before your class. If you have cancelled with 6 hours or more notice, your credit will automatically get put back into your class pass account.

MEMBERSHIP PLAN POLICY

*for students with the 'unlimited membership' plan only

 

1. Minimum 3 month term (renews automatically). Pauses/cancellations are permitted following completion of the minimum term.

2. One-month notice by email to fulloutdancecrowd@gmail.com required to end the membership (2 final payment cycles will renew). Cancellation must occur after the minimum term period.

3.Failed membership payments will incur a $10 fee for every day the membership remains unpaid. This fee will be billed to you as a separate payment.

4. You may suspend your membership once, for up to 4 weeks per three month term. At least 2 weeks notice via email is required for membership pauses suspensions. 

5. Outstanding fees must be settled. FULL OUT reserves the right to draw outstanding fees and to engage debt collectors if warranted.
